AES Expo is open to trade visitors by invitation from the Organiser only. Only Business Owners, Entrepreneurs or management level personnels from the aesthetic, skincare, spa or personal care industry will be invited. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse the entrance of any registrant it deems inappropriate, and to verify the trade identity of any registrant where necessary. 

The following credentials are mandatory when visiting AES Expo:

> Visitor must present invitation from Organiser for admittance to AES Expo.

> Visitor must present a personalized business card and/or letter of introduction on company letterhead. Altered, typed or handwritten business cards will not be accepted. 

>The invitation from Organiser is non-transferable. Verification is required.

>Badge is non-transferable. You may be asked to show proof of identity.

>Luggage, carriage, trolley, camera and stroller are not permitted on the show floor.

>No one under 21 years of age will be admitted.

>Over-the-counter sales are not permitted. Only orders for future delivery are permitted. 

>Visitors must be in Business Attire. T-Shirt/Slippers/Bermudas will not be permitted on the show floor. No exceptions.

>Photography/videotaping: No photography or videotaping of the exhibition or its educational programme is allowed without prior permission from the Organiser.
